Self-aware and stuck is the story of most of my life. For a decade, I practiced the most cutting-edge workouts, did sun exposure, ate farmer's market food, and was still miserable and suicidal. Life felt like sprinting through quicksand with concrete blocks on my feet. That all changed when I learned to meet myself as described in this guide.
